Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving your order, except in cases where the item was made to your individual measurements. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item has a manufacturing defect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping expenses. The right to return goods is provided in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. All product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual items may slightly vary depending on your screen settings.

Please note the following when returning an item:

• You may inspect the item, but it must not be used.

• The item must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging.

The warranty does not apply if:

• The item has been damaged due to improper storage or care.

Return Procedure:

1. Contact us at info@gaujagauja.com with a brief description of the reason for your return.

2. We will get back to you as soon as possible with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3. Send your item using a local postal service or Omniva parcel locker.

4. Once we receive the returned item, we will review your case within 5 business days and notify you regarding the refund.

5. Refunds are issued within 5 business days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
