Terms of service
The seller of the goods offered in this online store is GAUJA GAUJA Ltd. (registration no. 40203210151, Skolas iela 14-34, Dobele, Dobeles novads, LV-3701), hereinafter referred to as the Seller.
The individual placing an order is hereinafter referred to as the Buyer. By placing an order, the Buyer enters into a contract with the Seller, under which the Seller agrees to sell and deliver goods in accordance with the Buyer’s submitted order.
Delivery and Payment Terms
The Buyer places an order through this website by selecting the desired type and quantity of goods. After the order is paid, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email. Payment can be made using the integrated payment tools on the website, including payment cards, or by settling the invoice prepared by the Seller and sent to the Buyer via email. The invoice is issued electronically and is valid without a signature. Each order has a production time of 1–2 weeks. Once the product is ready, the Seller arranges international delivery within 5–21 business days, and 2–4 business days within Latvia. The delivery time and method are confirmed with the Buyer at the time of purchase. The Seller is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the actions of the chosen delivery service.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item by sending a withdrawal notice to the Seller via email at info@gaujagauja.com. A withdrawal form will be sent to the Buyer upon request. The Buyer must return the item to the Seller within 7 days of sending the withdrawal notice.

The Buyer is responsible for covering all return shipping costs. The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

The ordered items have been worn, washed, or show visible signs of use;

The item has been custom-made or tailored specifically for the Buyer;

The original product tags have been removed or the packaging is significantly damaged.
According to Section 12, Part 6 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law of the Republic of Latvia, the consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the product during the withdrawal period. The Seller reserves the right to deny the right of withdrawal or deduct compensation if the item is returned damaged, used improperly, not following usage instructions, or without the original packaging, or if the packaging is significantly damaged. The Seller does not offer returns or refunds for custom-made or personalized items.
When returning an item, the Buyer may choose either to exchange it for a similar product or to receive a refund. Return shipping costs will only be covered by the Seller if the item has a manufacturing defect. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after the returned item is received, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Data Processing
By entering the required information and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read and agree that their submitted data will be used for order processing and product delivery, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia. By providing this information, the Buyer also agrees to receive notifications related to their order at the provided email address. Personal data is used solely for processing orders and is deleted within one calendar month.
Payment Terms
The currency used on this website is euro (EUR). Purchases can be paid using the following payment methods provided by the Maksekeskus AS payment platform via makecommerce.lv:

Personal data required to complete the payment is securely transferred to the licensed payment service provider Maksekeskus AS.
The contract between the Buyer and Seller becomes effective once the payment has been successfully processed to the Seller’s account. If, for any reason, the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified, and the paid amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days from the date of notification.
Shipping Terms
Products are delivered to Latvia and other European Union countries.
Purchased items are shipped via Omniva, DPD, or Latvijas Pasts, depending on the delivery method selected at checkout. Orders are delivered either to the address provided by the Buyer or to the chosen parcel locker.
Shipping fees:

Latvia: €2.90. Free shipping on orders over €50. Delivery time: 2–4 business days (Omniva).

International: €7.50. Free shipping on orders over €100. Delivery time: 5–21 business days (Latvijas Pasts).
Any additional taxes or customs duties applied in the destination country are the responsibility of the Buyer.
In exceptional cases (such as high order volume or unforeseen circumstances), the Seller reserves the right to extend delivery up to 45 calendar days, in which case the Buyer will be notified in advance.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website – including graphics, text, video materials, and data compilations – is the property of GAUJA GAUJA Ltd. and is protected by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and international intellectual property regulations. Content from this website may only be reproduced or copied for personal use. Reproduction or distribution of any content for other purposes is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from the Seller.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement between the Seller and the Buyer, both parties shall first attempt to resolve the issue through mutual negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
Final Provisions
The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to fulfill an order or any other obligations if such failure is caused by force majeure circumstances — including third-party service disruptions, national emergencies, terrorism or threats thereof, environmental or climate-related anomalies. In the event of such circumstances, the Seller will make every effort to minimize any delays as quickly as possible. Any matters not specifically addressed in these Terms shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Latvia.
